Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Each print is made to order, and because of the nature of art reproduction, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply. If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at windham3787@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
We cannot accept returns for any reason other than a verified defect, damage during shipping, or fulfillment error.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
